The children would enjoy playing this clown party game idea whilst waiting for your entertainer to arrive at your party:
Run, Clown, Run
Split the children into two teams. Set a finish line about 4-6 meters away from the starting line. At the finish line, pile up a clown outfit for each team. It can be as simple as an oversized shirt, a huge pair of shorts, enormous shoes, suspenders, and a clown nose. If you want to make it more interesting, you can also put in a clown wig, big glasses, a large bow tie, and a funny hat.
Once the adult gives the go signal, the first player from each team runs to the finish line, wears the clown outfit, runs back to the starting line, takes off the outfit, and tags the player. The next player then runs to the finish line and back, and does the same thing. The team who finishes first wins.
Do you need clown party decorations that are easy to make?
Turn Your Balloons into Ice Cream Treats
Give your balloons some sugar and add sweetness to your party!
You’ll need:
- -Light yellow or beige cardstock
- -Glue
- -Stapler
- -Scissors
- -Inflated balloons on a stick
Cut your cardstock in half and make an almost semi-circle shape. Form a cone by twisting the cardstock with the semi-circle part on top. Leave a small hole at the bottom. Check if the circumference of the cone’s opening is enough to hold the size of the balloon. Secure the top by stapling it together, then glue the edges to keep the cone form in tact.
Put glue on the inner part of the cone’s opening. Take your inflated balloon; insert the balloon stick into the cone’s opening and through the small bottom hole. The balloon should stick to the inner part of the cone where you had put glue on.
Small balloons can be used as a centerpiece. Big balloons can be put up on the walls as decoration. You can even give these out as party favors after the celebration.
